Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Ticket Resolution: Efficiently manage incoming support tickets and inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and accurate technical resolutions.
- Feedback Collection: Gather product feedback and user insights to relay to the product development team, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions within our CRM system.
- Training: Assist in the creation of knowledge base articles and FAQs to empower clients to solve self-service issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, account management, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Schedule: Must be available to work part-time hours (approx. 20-25 hours per week), including some evenings or weekends as needed.
