Responsibilities
- Handle 40+ customer inquiries daily via phone, email, and chat with exceptional resolution rates
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex service issues
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to monthly revenue goals
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain organized documentation of customer interactions and solutions
- Support seasonal peak demand periods with flexible scheduling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in B2B/B2C environments
