Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and resolve inquiries with empathy and efficiency.

- Identify upsell opportunities within the existing client base.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or sales support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
