Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume incoming calls and emails during evening hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with patience and efficiency.
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate data records.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow.
- Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior support team when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
