About the Role
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every client interaction is positive and efficient. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining our high standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and transactions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, including processing payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
