Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal systems.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications
