Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Answer product inquiries and provide recommendations to drive sales.
- Organize and maintain store displays to ensure a clean and inviting atmosphere.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policy.
- Cash handling and reconciliation duties at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends and varying shifts.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
