Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer inquiries regarding inventory and store policies.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Handle cash deposits and ensure accurate cash counts at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (students are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical activities (reaching, bending, lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends.
