Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Customers: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and assist them in finding products.
- Handle Inquiries: Answer questions regarding products, services, and store policies with patience and accuracy.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) Systems: Process transactions efficiently, handle cash and credit payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain Store Standards: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked according to visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with Inventory: Help with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and the organization of the stockroom.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure store goals are met and operations run smoothly.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attitude: A positive, outgoing, and eager-to-learn attitude is essential.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable.
- No Experience Required: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we train our own team members.
