Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service to meet their needs.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our products to assist customers effectively.
- Inventory Support: Help with stock replenishment, merchandising displays, and inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift light boxes (up to 20 lbs).
