Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the retail floor and stockrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle returns and exchanges while adhering to company guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students are welcome).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
- Reliable transportation to the Houston location.
