Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and solution-based assistance
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Manage inventory control through stock receiving, replenishment, and cycle counting
- Operate POS systems and digital platforms to enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate with visual merchandising team to maintain brand standards
- Participate in seasonal events and promotional campaigns
- Support store operations through daily cleaning and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and digital tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
