Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges using our CRM system
- Resolve customer concerns with speed and precision while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce
- Support inventory management and stock reconciliation processes

Qualifications
