- Resolve product inquiries and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist diverse clientele.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and MS Office.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
