Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets with high urgency.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and technical steps taken.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Must be available to work Evening and Weekend shifts on a regular basis.
