Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash or card payments.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Operate basic office equipment and computer software as required.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and touch-screen technology.
- Must pass a background check.
