Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and product recommendations
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
- Execute engaging in-store merchandising and promotional displays
- Coordinate client appointments and maintain digital scheduling systems
- Support wellness workshops and community events as needed
- Collaborate with team to optimize store operations and client satisfaction
- Uphold brand standards across all customer touchpoints
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (including Sundays)
- Interest in wellness industry or health products
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional supply runs
