- Maintain accurate client records and inventory management

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/customer service preferred
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital booking platforms
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of wellness industry trends and practices
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
