Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions and handling returns
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain premium store aesthetics
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in weekly product knowledge training sessions
- Maintain clean, organized sales floor and fitting room areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with retail POS systems and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for occasional vendor runs)
- Experience in premium fashion or luxury retail preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
