Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and style consultations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Execute visual merchandising to create engaging in-store displays
- Assist with inventory management including stock receiving and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on brand offerings
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Passion for outdoor recreation and active lifestyles
- Reliable transportation to Larimer Street location
- Must be available for at least 15 hours weekly
