Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through personalized product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining loss prevention standards
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising to uphold brand aesthetics
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Operate POS systems and handle returns/exchanges efficiently
- Participate in product knowledge training and team meetings
- Support store opening/closing procedures when scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience

- Availability for 20-25 hours per week
