Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Manage multi-channel sales transactions including in-store and online
- Execute visual merchandising standards and product displays
- Process returns, exchanges, and loyalty program enrollments
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales targets
- Maintain immaculate store presentation and stock management
- Contribute to weekly inventory audits and stock rotation
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
