Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to underserved Louisville neighborhoods
- Build and maintain partnerships with local nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies
- Coordinate community events including health fairs, volunteer drives, and educational workshops
- Manage social media platforms and digital communication channels to engage residents
- Track program metrics and prepare monthly impact reports for stakeholders
- Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer teams for community initiatives
- Represent LCI at community meetings and public speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Social Work, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of community outreach, event coordination, or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for site visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
