Responsibilities
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring all receipts are correct.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area.
- Assist with bagging items and managing the merchandise display.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or cashier roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
