Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and display areas to maintain a visually appealing store.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store floor.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability and pricing with a friendly demeanor.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the evening management team to ensure operational excellence.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must possess a valid ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
