Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Provide a warm welcome to every customer and offer friendly assistance with their shopping needs.
- Transaction Management: Process sales quickly and accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Cash Handling: Manage cash registers, process credit/debit transactions, and balance the till at the end of your shift.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Customer Service: Resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or cashier experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Skills: Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Attitude: Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
