Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Visual Merchandising: Help maintain the aesthetic appeal of the store by organizing shelves, folding clothing, and setting up displays.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, restock items, and assist with inventory audits as needed.
- Store Operations: Support the management team in opening/closing procedures, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for cash handling and pricing.
