Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service to all customers.
- Process various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, prices, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area.
- Handle cash drawers accurately and balance daily shifts.
- Assist with bagging and organizing merchandise as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
