What You'll Do
As a Cashier, you will be the face of our store. You will ensure every customer leaves satisfied with their purchase.
Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately ring up purchases, handle cash, credit cards, and digital payments efficiently.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions about products, and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.
- Checkout Operations: Maintain the checkout area, restock bags, and ensure the POS system is functioning correctly.
- Store Support: Assist with bagging, stocking shelves, and keeping the store organized and clean.
- Inventory Checks: Help monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or cashier experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong basic math skills and the ability to handle money with high accuracy.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
