Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service at checkout
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately
- Assist with product returns and exchanges per policy
- Maintain organized checkout area and bag merchandise
- Support store operations through stocking and merchandising
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
