Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a great shopping experience.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with 100% accuracy and follow all cash handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting checkout area at all times.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the sales floor tidy.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Cross-train in other areas of the store as needed to support team operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
