Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Assist with stocking shelves, maintaining organized displays, and ensuring cleanliness
- Handle returns/exchanges per company policy with professionalism and patience
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure efficient checkout flow
- Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with legal authorization to work in the US
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/credit transactions
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail/cashier experience a plus but not required
