Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to company security policies.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong numerical skills and a keen eye for detail regarding cash handling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
