Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Cash handling duties, including opening and closing the register and balancing daily deposits.
- Provide friendly, professional, and welcoming customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items, and answer general questions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy checkout area.
- Replenish product displays and restock shelves as needed to ensure inventory availability.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or cash handling is preferred but not mandatory.
