Responsibilities
- Operate POS Systems: Efficiently manage Point of Sale transactions, including cash, credit, and check payments.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Accurate Transactions: Process sales quickly and accurately, handling change and returns with precision.
- Store Maintenance: Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Point of Sale Support: Help with bagging items and managing the checkout line during peak hours.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to punctually attend shifts and maintain a consistent work history.
