Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide friendly service, answer product inquiries, and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain organized checkout areas and ensure cleanliness of workstations
- Assist with stocking shelves, rotating products, and inventory management
- Operate cash registers, handle cash/credit transactions, and reconcile daily sales
- Uphold store security protocols and loss prevention standards
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
