Responsibilities
- Process cash, card, and digital transactions with precision using POS systems
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service during checkout and product inquiries
- Maintain organized checkout areas and implement visual merchandising standards
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and price verification
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while adhering to company policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cashier or retail experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong numerical accuracy and cash handling proficiency
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
