Responsibilities
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and problem-solving
- Maintain organized checkout areas and implement loss prevention protocols
- Assist with inventory management and store stocking duties
- Operate scanning equipment and process returns/exchanges
- Support store cleanliness standards and merchandising initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 6+ months of retail or customer service experience
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling accuracy
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
