Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining accuracy
- Provide outstanding customer service, including product knowledge and issue resolution
- Operate cash registers, handle cash/credit transactions, and balance daily reports
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and restock merchandise as needed
- Assist with inventory management and store merchandising projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
