Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Assist with merchandise stocking, inventory checks, and store cleanliness
- Operate scanning equipment and handle returns/exchanges per company policy
- Support team members with bagging, pricing, and promotional displays
- Report operational issues and maintain a safe shopping environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
