Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Manage cash handling, including cash drawer balancing and basic payment processing
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment in assigned areas
- Maintain clean, organized checkout stations and common areas
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to store management
- Support store operations during peak hours and special promotional events
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
