Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and problem-solving
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas and store appearance
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Operate cash registers, handle cash, and reconcile daily sales
- Support team members with stocking, pricing, and merchandising tasks
- Adhere to all safety, security, and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous retail or customer service experience (6+ months)
- Strong basic math skills and cash handling ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
