Responsibilities
- Promote StudentConnect PA services through campus events and social media campaigns
- Conduct student outreach and resource distribution across university facilities
- Collect and analyze student feedback to improve program offerings
- Collaborate with campus departments on joint initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of engagement metrics
- Represent StudentConnect PA at 2-3 monthly campus events
- Train peers on digital platform utilization
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student at Pennsylvania-based institution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with social media marketing preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license for occasional campus travel
- Availability to work evenings/weekends during peak events
