Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso drinks, tea, and pastries with precision and speed.
- Greet every customer with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace, including the counter, seating area, and brewing equipment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu items to educate customers.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and light cleaning duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to learn about the craft.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
