Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warm, personalized interactions
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Process POS transactions efficiently and accurately
- Support inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless operations
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- 6+ months of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product origins
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
