Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee/espresso drinks following quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service with product knowledge and warm interactions
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace including espresso machines and service areas
- Process payments accurately and manage POS transactions efficiently
- Support inventory management and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety protocols and health regulations
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and passion for coffee culture
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
