Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, engaging demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Upsell menu items and suggest seasonal specials
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
