- Review source documents for completeness and accuracy prior to processing.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure 99% data integrity.
- Respond to inquiries regarding data discrepancies or processing errors.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Organize and file physical and digital records efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Typing speed of 40-50 WPM preferred.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
