- Review source documents for errors, discrepancies, or missing information, and correct them as necessary.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client data.
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure information security and system integrity.
- Communicate effectively with the night shift team lead regarding daily targets and data discrepancies.
- Utilize various software applications and spreadsheets to organize and track data efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection required for remote/office hybrid work.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines during night hours.
