Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify customer and inventory data into database systems and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and organize digital files and physical records with strict adherence to company protocols.
- Review and update existing data to ensure current and comprehensive records.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in data entries to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Communicate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Perform routine clerical tasks including scanning, data cleaning, and report generation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is mandatory for remote or hybrid roles.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent typing speed (35+ wpm).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and shift schedules.
